My Best Holiday

The holidays of this September 18, have been the better than I have had. I traveled with my family to the south and we had a good time.

The place that I meet is called “Los Angeles”, is very beautiful and very peaceful. There are many Mangnolios tree, horses and cows, and some mushrooms that I can find in the trees called “Dihueñes”. The mushrooms were very rare but the people was eaten them gladly.

What more I make was to eat meat because they killed a cow to celebrate our visit and there was a lot of meat!  It was very tasty. Also we went to see the “Carreras a la Chilena” that was very entertained and in the night we went to the “Ramadas” to dance “cuecas” y “rancheras” with the “Huasos”. The southern people loves to dance rancheras and they do it with a lot of amusing. That was very fun to me because I love to dance too. The sad thing is that they had to close one of the ramadas because there was a shootout and one person died.

I loved to meet Los Angeles and I hope to return there the next year :)

Good And Bad

Last semester was really good for me in the acedmic aspect. I aprove all my subjects without problems  so im closer now of finishing my university  studies, and im very excitated about it. But in personal issues it wasnt that great. My dad got sick and he was told that he has diabetes, besides that, my uncle also got sick, he has stomach cancer, and all my family is very sad about it. My dad and my uncle have the support of their family and friends and we hope everything is going to be allright. Finally somethign i enjoy a lot of last semester is that i got to know a lot of diferent people from other parts of the world, specially from Brassil, this because i went to a Sociology seminary  in the university. It was very fun and i would like  someday to visit that beatiful and magic country.

Iceland

The country I'd like to visit is Iceland.

This is a very particular european country because is an island with many volcanoes, deserts and glaciers, it is very beautifull. Its summers are fresh and very very short, and its winters are very long and cold, but i know that they have a very good heathing system so that shouldn't be a problem.

In Iceland there are not many trees, that's very sad, but there are many grassy plains and small shrubs and I would like to see those landscapes someday, because i think they are amazing, particulary the sky and clouds, due to the country is very close to the north pole and they have what its call the aurora borealis effect.

It is also a country that cares a lot about the education of its people, and they have the higher rate of book publishing in the world!
Finally, but not less important, what i really like about this country is their music, very popular around the world. Two of my favourite artists are Icelanders, Bjork and Sigur Ros :)
